Ordering and Payment at Doika
Ordering at Doika is simple, fast and, above all, safe. Whether you order with or without an account, we ensure a smooth process from order to delivery. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an immediate confirmation, and we will send you a shipping confirmation as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping and Billing Information
Please clearly indicate where your order should be delivered, and carefully check your address details. At Doika you can order for both private and business purposes. Simply enter your VAT number and company name for business orders. You will automatically receive the invoice by e-mail.
Shipping
We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days, with the exception of custom products and items with a different specified delivery time. The current delivery time is clearly stated for each product. We ship from Monday to Friday. Check your address details on the shipping page and benefit from free shipping on orders above €40 in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg. Then you can proceed to the payment page.

Returns
